1.Fill out the form
Start by filling out my contact form and telling me all about your wedding day. I’ll be in touch shortly with availability and next steps.
2.LET'S HOP ON A CALL
We’ll schedule a quick call to connect, talk through your vision, and make sure we’re the perfect fit. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation.
3.DEPOSIT & CONTRACT
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A signed contract and retainer officially secure your wedding date!
4.engagement session
Optional but an engagement session helps you get comfortable in front of the camera & it’s also a fun way to celebrate this season together.
5.questionnaire
About one month before your wedding, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire so I can learn what matters most to you, finalize timelines, and ensure no meaningful moments are missed.
6.WEDDING DAY!!!
On your wedding day, I’ll be fully present—capturing the big moments, the quiet in-between ones, and everything that makes your day uniquely yours!
7. 72HR SNEAK PEEKS
Within 72 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive sneak peeks so you can relive your day and share a few favorites right away.
8.Delivering photos
Your full wedding gallery will be thoughtfully curated and delivered via an online gallery, ready to download, share, and cherish for years to come.
FAQ
Do you travel?
Yes! I’m based in Central Texas, but I love traveling for weddings! I photograph weddings throughout Texas and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How far are in advance should we book?
Most couples book 8-12 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured!
How many photos will we recieve?
You’ll receive a full gallery that thoughtfully tells the story of your day! The exact number varies based on coverage length and events, but every image delivered is carefully edited and intentional. I typically deliver between 50-100 images per hour of coverage!
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! I offer albums and professional-quality prints. Your online gallery includes a built-in print shop, making it easy to order prints, albums, and wall art directly from your gallery!
What if we're awkward in front of the camera?
You are not alone — almost every couple says this! I’ll guide you in a natural, relaxed way so nothing feels forced or overly posed. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully present!
